Create a "Crash Report" Stickied Thread Under Bug Section

As the title says we should sticky a thread in the Bugs/Incidents/Problems forums to allow players to conveniently report server crashes. Tech will be able to see exactly when a server has crashed with any additional info the reporter might have which can possibly help them identify the problem more accurately.


Having a specific section to report server crashes feels more efficient than having to create a completely new bug report thread. Not only will players feel more inclined to report the crash because of the convenience but it will also alleviate individual thread count from being posted under the bug section.

If this was already suggested in the past I apologize in advance.



Example format will be:

Server: CSGO TTT

Date and Time of crash: ~12:00 PM EST August 7th 2019

Any additional info/console logs: We were on the last round of apehouse before server timed out.

We used to have this sort of thing in divisional sections for servers that had frequent crashes and needed monitoring. It was useful I think. (Pre bug report section existing). Don’t see any issue with the idea.

Tech is supposed yo have access to a system like thus already, that does the reporting for us, but it isn't finished yet.

Also we are phasing out the bug section in favor of got issues. It would make sense to just make that part of there for user reported crashes.
