Jihad files are not being downloaded

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

Anytime I connect to JB, it tries to download the Jihad files and flat out does not. Trying to manually download them results in a 403 page with XML saying that it is forbidden for me to.

What should be happening instead?

It should be downloading them.

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

Nuke the jihad bomb files and retry downloading them.

Any extra info we may need to know

I also had to verify my game integrity before but I don't think that really matters.

I can give you a Mediafire link to download jihad.mp3 and explosion.mp3 so you can play on the server.
You just have to put them in: steam/steamapps/Counter-Strike: Global Offensive/csgo/sounds/prestigegaming/
