Ban contest verbiage

I scroll through the contest bans forum from time to time and it got me to thinking that it could possibly be perceived that filling this out will get you an unban. Just wondering if something should be placed on that page to the effect of "filling this out does not guarantee an unban" and/or "it is your responsibility to follow up on your contest in a timely manner."

Pros:

-People wouldn't be as shocked if they didn't get an unban.
-People would know there is a time limit for them to reply.
-Now that they know that they may not get an unban, they'll make a better case for themselves instead of a short and sweet.

Cons:

Though it might seem like it's implied, there are some people who are not used to being banned. We gotta remember that even though we have been on this website for a while, they might be new and not know how the community works.
All in all, I think this is a great suggestion.
It's not something the community has to work hard to implement.

The definition of contest can answer your suggestion as seen below:

to make the subject of dispute, contention, or litigation

The point of the making a thread is to dispute the ban it doesn't mean they will always be unbanned. This is not something we are looking to change.
