i don't really see a reason to why you're not able to. Terrorist RP is the reason it was removed i'd assume, but thats against the rules anyway and can be admined. Would also bring out more RP opportunities, both legally and illegally.

I support allowing helli's in the city. Would open up a lot of options for more interesting roleplay. I'm not sure why we don't allow it though.

its kinda unrealistic that you can't fly choppers around the city, or flying planes 10,000ft or higher above the city, id like it if civs could give people tours in heli's around the city and find heli pads around the city and land and do things, increase rollplay, but there would need to be rules around it so stupid stuff doesn't happen, Like landing in streets to get away from a robbery, dumb as hell, they would need to land on a helipad, that would be really cool, but also if the pilot gets caught helping robbers out he gets fined jailed and his pilot licences taken away. Also to fly any chopper you must have your pilots licence.

I agree with all of this, but on an opposing point, I've REALLY been looking for an excuse for our security company to be able to emergency land a helicopter in the city to get a client out of danger in a hurry

The reason why we do not allow civilians flying over the city is due to the fact that

1. Airlines SOP states that (Civilians) must go around the city.

This is an Airlines ordeal, not a Rule Change for LE to decide, it's up to the Airlines Owner if they want to change it. Inkery could give more details since he is running Airlines.
