should be able to buy a weapons license since

i try to click purchase license and nothing happens

Did you get your driver's license? NoPlans4Tonight ?

Yes I have my DL. To double check, I have gone to the DMV and it does not give me an option to do a drivers license test

You are fixed for now. We still have a ticket in for it. Go ahead and buy your license. Once you have it, you have it and the item would no longer be needed.
