Tweaks

• Replace 1 bullet glock which spawns 20% of the time with 1 bullet deagle
• Rebalance T teleports: 4 at 10%, 2 at 30%, 1 at 30%, 0 at 30%
• Armory teleport is now delayed until cells are opened
• Doors to outside re-added in two places. They have been adjusted to never close once they are opened
• Delay before cells can be opened lowered from 30s to 20s

Bugs Fixed

• Fix the platform textures at the end of bhop (thanks Tendies)
• Fix bug where colors would glitch out and kill everybody if it was stopped right as it sped up (thanks Itachi)
• Fix multiple people getting the exact same reward from T skill jumps
• Fix getting nothing after completing T skill jump
• Fix lamp in armory and cell door button not appearing some rounds
• Fix rare bug where you could die from fall damage in strafe jump (thanks kazz)
