Currently the way it works is when an officer goes down, and he presses G and all emergency services receive a message of a panic button activated, and, immediately all officers not on a priority call break off and medics respond immediately (as its shown that its clearly an officer down since its a panic button). When a medic goes down and they press G, its shown as a regular civilian down, and maybe an officer takes the call but sees that theres a 'medic' there on the minimap and presumes that they're taking care of it and doesn't think that it was the medic down (for good reason). There have been multiple scenarios where i've gone down and press G (and try spamming comma while dying/dead and nothing happens) and no police respond. I give subtle hints like groaning into the radio in pain and eventually when its taken too long I just shoot a text to the pd saying '[10-99 of a medic down]' and THEN all units realize what it is and start responding.
I think we really need it added so when a medic goes down and presses G that it also shows as a panic button activated. If not this then at least let us press comma when we're down. There needs to be something to show all emergency services that its a medic down and not a regular civilian so they responding with the correct priority.
