Lights on the County Police FPIU don't work.

What server are you reporting this issue on?

FiveM Server 1

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

I spawned in the Ford Explorer and the lights work as if they are the default lights. I believe its a CarCol issue.

What should be happening instead?

The lights should be flashing as on a normal emergency vehicle.

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

Fix the Carcols.
