What I?d like to do is set up a simple form https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1...7MJvkqEdWL3MV5RTlUV7pRgnw/viewform?usp=pp_url , where people can request to do temp work. It?ll go to this form https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1qvDK0-ONWqcJX3zUyWLUxnePX6JAYGbtmQRZOgsB3OE/edit?usp=sharing and then there?ll be an approved list accessible to the public.

This will only be available as a reward to good role players, to role play in situations that are too tricky, or temporary for a proper seo implementation with coding. We will go through the applicants, make sure that there?s not too many criminal blemishes for their requested job, and give a quick approval.

This does rely on a little bit of trust that they will be forthcoming on their applications, but if they don?t, then it?s a case of failrp, and a must more severe punishment.

I?m willing, and I?m sure others are too, to be on call for the stopped person?s ?boss?, if the police chose to investigate. People can be fired, and black listed from jobs of certain types.

I?m not asking for a wage, just for this to be recognised. Then I?ll go ahead and make it public. I'm not sure if this itself needs an SEO, it's just a bit of an experiment I want to try, and others have expressed interest in. (as a side effect, this could be used by police for undercover cover-stories)

why so restrictive, why only good roleplayers and non criminals

good roleplaying restrictions should be reserved for important roles like pd, not something menial like a temp job, how are people supposed to improve

to start with it'd be to see how feasible this is. So no people using it to troll or harass, which is the biggest thing. No, "I'm with the government sewage department, you can't stop me from coming into your lost mc premisis."

As for criminal record, I also request the time since the conviction. This is pure RP, because a terrorist bomb maker wouldn't be allowed to work with fertiliser. I don't want to get people complaining to me, "it's so unrealistic that this person would be allowed to work here."

I think I'll go ahead with posting this. Though I will mention that this is not required to roleplay how they want, I'm not gate-keeping, but for those that are looking for a little more substance to their roleplay
