Add mg_tommy_course to the Minigames Map Pool

I think https://gamebanana.com/maps/207037/ https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1914550434 would be a great edition to minigames, I've tested it out with some friends and we all like it. There's been a lot of course map additions recently, and maybe this could be another. It was created by Tommy, a frequent eGO minigames player aswell!
