Map Brightness/Lighting from HDR

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

After maps were compiled with HDR lighting has been changed and in some cases drastically.

It can sometimes be too dark or too bright to see properly.

jb_moti and jb_vipinthemix should get a fix.

will edit to include other noticeably affected maps.

What should be happening instead?

Regular lighting/brightness on maps

Makes it very hard to surf for example on clouds

While this can be resolved by restarting your game, that isn't something you should have to do. I'll work on going through all maps.
