Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

surf_network_2009_njv you are unable to do the map, because there is a thing blocking it.

What should be happening instead?

the thing covering the hole, should not exist, or should have opened when we loaded in the map. there was NO buttons to push to make it open.

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible
