Specmenu comes up when !spm typed in to chat

Type !spm into chat

Any extra info we may need to know

!spm is a useful command for admins to spectate troublesome players. The loss of this gives us no alternative when the traditional method of switching players in spectate isn't working properly (which is all the time).
