Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

basically if you goto eclipse blvd during the day, car spawn and don't stop spawning, which is detrimental specifically to me and other business owners because multiple businesses are here

What should be happening instead?

idk, but I don't think that many cars should be spawning

go to eclipse blvd during the day, and just wait

Yes, this is something that I, myself have just realized needs to be done. If everyone does this I'm sure we can have a much smoother Ai experience.

I’ve been doing it for forever this way, it really does have a big impact on the spawn rate, and having people reduce the spawn rate client side would help a lot

The only issue is getting people to turn it down, I highly doubt a lot of people would do that.
