Map glitch where you can get out and kill people but they can't see you

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

There's a mw2 map for TTT and you can get onto a building and go around places where you are not allowed.

What should be happening instead?

There should be a invisible wall preventing from map exploiting.
​

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

Climb a ladder up to the roof and just roam on top of the building's without people seeing you.

Any extra info we may need to know

I could show how to do it so it can be patched.
