[TTT] Allow O's to edit other players' karma

I understand LE is here to fix those karma bans and whatnot. However, it hurts the other players who are unfairly targeted in a T-Baiting scheme to lose their karma.

It's bad enough that we have T special weapons deal massive damage to others including their own fellow T's which leads more often than not to a karma ban. All you need to do is look at Moyye.

Whether that will be fixed is besides the point, players who are good players just don't deserve to get a 2 day ban because someone else got them banned.

some tweaks with this would help out players who are getting t-baited and much more since we can't always watch everyone for t baiters

As much as I understand the point you're coming from and the wanting to keep everyone from getting karma banned for being targeted, no one in leadership has the ability to change around or set karma. As they shouldn't be doing this if they even have the ability to, as it could not only cause issues on our end but cause a massive problem of just RDMing friends or goofing around.

I do get that there would be some use of this for the better but it will cause some issues with people wanting to use it because one of their friends "playfully" RDM them. Granted that LE barely have access to this command, I am going to have to close this thread; I do believe there was good intention in this but also we know how people get with their friends.
