Tech Help Upgrade or reinstall

I know i have missed the best time to upgrade,but I want to replace my Windows 7,i'd like to switch to Windows 10,i don't if it is better to upgrade it or to do a clean Windows 10 installation?

You're best bet is to do a clean install of Win 10. Now it all depends on which version of that OS you wish to go with.

For me, personally, I always do a fresh install after backing up all my data on a different HD when switching an operating system.

This is my cup of tea as well. Making a mixed update can (and will) cause problems with libraries, utilities and such.
