P;layers are reporting that while still alive, they can see dead players chat

What should be happening instead?

Only admins should be seeing dead players chat, for administration purposes

As a pub, join the server and be dead

The issue has been identified and patched out. It will be resolved on the next server rebuild which is going to happen soon.

Apologies for the mistake, it was a configuration issue on our end.
