Hey all, so over the past month i've noticed a lot of people just flat out ignore messages sent in announcements even if a mgr pings everyone. For this I have a solution, now this won't stop the issue 100% but I do think it will reduce the issue dramatically.
What's the idea?

A StickyBot. A StickyBot can be activated with a command ?stick followed with the message you want to sticky.
Now from then on in whatever channel you sent the command in the bot will keep sending and deleting the message set in the command so it always stays on the bottom, see this gif for reference

That way, the stickied message is always on the bottom of the messages.
Why should this be a thing?
I think this bot would be helpful because A. it will help stop/significantly reduce the amount of spam about the website/server being down in ego-general , help-desk etc. when there is already an announcement posted in the announcement channel.
The stickybot commands only work when the person sending the command has the manage messages permission in the server.
Also, B. it would help save time of managers and MS from having to explain the same thing over and over and over.
The only caviat is that a manager would have to send the ?stick command into all the channels they want the StickyBot to work in.
