Rainbow marker screwed up

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

Rainbow marker is really screwed up cause when a DS pulls it up the bottom part has more parts than ti should have.

What should be happening instead?

One circle not 5.

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

Be a DS, be the warden, summon the rainbow marker.

This is intentional. The five rings are different colors. If you place it in a dark area it is easier to see.
