Steam community home not showing up

For some weird reason my steam community home page isn't showing up at all. It has never done this, even with the beta. This started happening after I upgraded my ram from 512mb to 2.5 gb, but I don't see why that would affect steam at all. It works if I go into it from firefox, but the steam browser is just borked or something.

Have you tried restarting steam?
