That reminds me of joining TTT yesterday on a full server, and people were trying to get DS players banned because they were trying to help clean the servers from actual RDMers. Then I hop in (I was the only admin), and by my login, when people realized I was on, I recieved 9 (!) reports on the first round, and whilst trying to solve them all, I got told that we (admins) are doing a shit job, just because their reports weren't dealt on a spot. Not to mention that kicking the guys being reported rised a chaos of people saying it's abuse.
It's not about having admins play X hours a day, as they are not paid to do that. We could use some more new admins (people sometimes move on to other eGO supported games/eGO servers or move on with their life, hence why they dont play TTT anymore), even though there are timezones where there is a pretty big amount of admins on (5+), but the main problem most of the times a solo admin quits is the community itself playing at that present point (Obviously not everyone, but I hope you get the point). Whenever there is a solo admin on, and there's 20-30 people talking altogether, whereas amongst them there are these 5-6 people who intentionally try to produce drama issues to mess up the servers (which leads to MULTIPLE complaints on admin chat), while the admin tries to maintain a stability on the servers being playable but also dealing with reports, and also trying to play the game themselves, then they eventually get fed up because no matter how hard they try, it might not be enough (cause they end up having to deal with tons of reports, and limiting themselves to 0 gametime like I always do when Im alone admining).
