Program (I guess)

Alright each time i log onto my pc under my user this box appears (shown at the bottom) Well it goes through the process like it is updating but then it stops ( shown at the bottom) NOw it is telling me i need to make some type of folder and i don't know how. Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem. It is actually making me very Poed . Please help me i need the help since i am not a computer guineas...
