Warning, Kicking, TBan, etc.

Be an Admin and not have Commands

Keeps happening. Never know when you come on if the commands will work.

I believe this bug has been completed, however, in the future please do not post game-breaking bugs into public forums. Either contact your LE in teamspeak, discord, or on the forums, OR create a Contact Leadership. Posting admin outages is covered in the UAT, and every admin should understand the weight of leaking information.
