Quick suggestion to the crew when there's a persistent griefer (aksed, for example) and no admin available.
Ignore him.
Seriously, that's all it takes. It might offend your instincts a bit, but it's also the only thing that will allow you to continue to play the game with something resembling fun.
If he's shooting down the apache/havoc with a tank don't try to take it...leave it there. If he's using the VADs/AA, park a tank on it.
If he's parked on the helipad and blasts everything you try to use, spawn somewhere else or on someone in your squad.
The point is that griefers all want the same thing....attention. They want to be noticed and be the centre of attention...wasting a lot of effort on them is what they want.
If you really need to do something about him....dart the guy in the face as many times as you can. It's blinding.
