MC Stocks and lottery

Stocks

Stocks are currently set at a 10% broker fee, 10% fee makes it difficult to make a profit in the stock market. I think it should be a 5% fee and you have to own the stock for 24 hours before selling, this would cancel day trading.

Lottery

As 1 million is a great ticket cap for new players, it seems like its only a great cap for new players, I think it should be 5 million max, and now that there is a cap, I don't think there should be tax's, or should be a lower percent on taxes.

I don't play enough to have much of an opinion on stocks and such, but Daa made a post about lottery cap a few days ago that Butter answered.

I use stocks (110 mil invested rn) and the 10% fee if you make the right trades doesn't really hurt that bad and as long as its going back to the server and not being voided

And 5 million cap would be nice

Hey Vincent ,

Sorry for the delay. MC LE has voted (mostly) in favor of your suggestions. The stock brokerage fee has been reduced to 5% and the cap for the lottery has been increased to 5000 tickets. We have, however, decided to keep the taxes on the lottery present to keep a steady cashflow going. (Yeah, we all know Tea is rich, but she must get richer.)
