Unable to change PD car skin

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

So as a PD officer we are suppose to change the car's skin to which ever department we are in but yet out of everyone I cant change it for no reason at all

I dont think its possible to replicate unless your living with me and you see the exact same problem.

Any extra info we may need to know

I had someone else in the PD change the skin of one of my cars to the correct department that i am in and i changed the cosmetic so that i wont be able to complain later on, but just incase if i get promoted or something I can actually change the car's skin without complaining.

Nvm I figured it out on why I couldn't do it, it was cause I need to press the FN key then F10 or exit out of Razer synapse then press F10
