Emote suggestion for police

quick simple, add an emote or joint emote that the other person has to accept that cuffs someone, you should still be able to cuff people regularly, but police should have the option to do this emote to give a civilian an option to resist, IE /e cuff (press e to accept) he does and it shows an animation to cuff the subject and you actually put his hands behind his back and cuff him.

to add on to this, it would be cool when cuffing a person that there is a (5% or less) chance that the cuff fails on the application, this gives a second chance of RP for criminals to get away (if they are not injured of course)

I like this. Would be a cool thing to add. I also think it would be kinda cool to add an actual animation to the regular cuffs.
