Bad Company 2 @Rules and Team Scramble are still not working.

Title. Made a post here three weeks ago but things are still broken. Server sends copious blank messages to chat, @rules doesn't work, and the team scramble just switches teams from RU to US each round which exacerbates the pre-existing problem of unbalanced teams and blowout rounds.

I put a request in Discord for ThundrRok to look at it , many players / members have posted and mentioned it in TS and Discord , still no solution apparently .

Problems with Plugins and Procon need to be addressed to Thundr by PM. This was stated when we finally got a reply about the server going down and problems with it.
