Not Planned (GMOD ZS) Some mapvote suggestions

On behalf of a few players as well as myself, I'll keep this straight to the point:

1. Extend the limit people can go to a certain map such as Mall and Krusty Krab.
2. Add ZE maps into the mapvote
3. Increase prevalence of OBJ maps in the mapvote

Since we can pretty much play any type of map with the bots, as players have realized, might as well open the floodgates.
