Hello all! I just wanted to share some of my photographic hobby with you guys. Here are a few of the different genres that I shoot
I also am big on the environment, so to compliment my nature shot, I also like to shoot the things that we pollute our environment with
Alongside photographs of waste, I would also find myself photographing empty or abandoned places. Many of these photos never really fit in with the others I shot until recently when I discovered what the definition of photos like these were, Liminal Spaces.
Finally are shots that I did not take myself, but are rather "found photographs". This genre of photography is essentially the recovery and restoration of old photographs found in places like auctions, estate sales and flea markets. I love this genre of photography because every film slide I find is a window to the past, I have at least 10,000 of them, I have lost track of how many I have still yet to scan.
I chose these photos to represent my collection because they show the broad range of genres a found photograph can be. The explosion is of Mount Saint Helens, the Masked Nixon parade is from an anti-Nixon event called the "Boston Oil Party" where the effigy was later tarred and burned. Very few photos of this event exist, so I am very lucky to have come across them.

I have also attempted a few streams where I am editing and retouching photo slides, most of which I try not to look at any of them until I am on stream so I can give my genuine first reaction to them. If I am honest, the photos themselves are the only entertainment factor of these streams though, because I am honestly shy on them and don't talk to much.I also will be streaming any Overwatch events I am at! ttv: benshashin
