Delivered Overwatch discord notification role

[Wahtur]

I think that the overwatch discord needs a special notification role that people can assign themselves. Sorta like the main discord with the @officialnews role.
I don’t like being pinged on servers that I’m less active in, so I would assume that the same would be true for other people in our overwatch discord too. This role would be assigned in the self role channel.

any other thoughts?

Talked it over. I'll be working on it today. I have to redo the entire rolls section.
