He-Grenades deal no damage to the individual throwing the nade.

Description of the bug.
Pretty sure ALL TTT maps that have the He-grenades deal no damage to the person throwing it. I randomly found it on community bowling and tested it on other maps.

What should be happening instead?
Change it so that the He-grenades damage all players including the player throwing the grenade

Describe how to replicate the bug.
Just throw the grenade near yourself or even bounce it off something, it will still deal no damage to the person throwing it. Molotov's deal damage but the HE-grenades do not.
