On hide and seek special days, prisoners that die before the guards are allowed to start seeking will respawn in cells.

What should be happening instead?
Prisoners should not respawn when the guards start seeking.
Describe how to replicate the bug.
Call a hide and seek day and die as a prisoner before guards start seeking. When it says GO GO GO prisoners that died respawn in cells.
Extra info?
This happened on clouds if it matters. What is happening might be intentional as I know respawning was enabled if you die before a special day is called, however the issue is that some prisoners got into armory and were killed by CTs before they began seeking, but they still respawned in cells.
