Police Vehicle Impound not working

Description of the bug.
With the police jobest, when going into your F3 menu and selecting "impound vehicle" nothing happens, I have tried this in close proximity to the vehicle and inside of the vehicle, and still nothing worked.

What should be happening instead?
Vehicle should be deleted and taken to the impoud.

Describe how to replicate the bug.
Set your job to police > F3 > Impound Vehicle
