Existing Feature Typing !sd as a T

[SneakyTurtle]

Not sure when was this removed but before if you typed !sd as a Terrorist it would tell you in chat what day it is.
Now it says you have to be warden to use this command.
So i guess my suggestion is when you type !sd as a T it tells you what special day it is.
Example of this being useful: You went afk for a second and when you came back you saw people killing eachother and soon relize its a Special Day, you type !sd and it says The current special day is Warday. Also it could bring up the rules of the special day.
Am not sure if there is a other way of checking what special day it is but if there is let me know!

Doesn't seem too hard to do and I often close the little menu on the left out of habit.
