Respawning doesnt replenish food/water

Description of the bug.
When you respawn you have always been put back to Default food/water levels, but now you don't. so if you die of hunger and respawn you will just die before being able to do anything (you won't make it to a store)

What should be happening instead?
Should give you default (50%?) Hunger/Water when you respawn

Describe how to replicate the bug.
Die of hunger/water, respawn.

Extra info? Might be related to not losing inventory when respawning glitch

This bug report has been moved to the Tech Teams issue center, They will coordinate the issue from there. Look for a fix coming to this in the coming future!
