When held hostage, press X, Die

Description of the bug.
When being held hostage at gunpoint, if you press X, you die.

What should be happening instead?
Honestly pressing X should have no effect at all, but worst case scenario it should put your hands up or break free from the hostage emote. Unless dying was intended with this

Describe how to replicate the bug.
Get held hostage at gunpoint with a pistol, press X. I haven't personally tried to duplicate this, so it is POSSIBLE the guy shot me while he was holding me hostage at the same moment I pressed X? Hoping someone can test and confirm this.
