For the heavy:

Pig Bharma-Assist a medic in getting 20 assists in 1 life without dieing.
 
Drunked Madness: As demoman blow up 10 people trying to cap your point in one life.

Sharpshooter: As Sniper accumulate 1,000 total headshots.

Hitman: As the scout kill the same person twice in a row.

^ All I got lol.
 
I thought up a few more for the soldier.

Armageddon: Accumulate 10,000 total people blown up.

Gravedigger: Kill 5 people with your shovel in one life.

Milestone 1: Complete 12 of these achievements.

Milestone 2: Complete 20 of these Achievements.

Milestone 3: Complete 32 of these achievements.
 
Spy

FYI I'm a spy!
Backstab an enemy Medic within 10 seconds of them healing you.
Repoman
Whilst disguiosed as an enemy Engineer Sapper 5 different enemy buildings.
Deadeye
Kill 5 enemies in one life with te revolver.
Charge!
Get an enemy medic to Ubercharge you.
Who's laughing now?
Backstab 5 enemies that are taunting.
 
Spy:

"I never really was on your side": Get ubered by an enemy medic, and then backstab one of his teammates.

Demo:

Scout Wannabe: Sticky-bomb jump twice without landing.
