Short description of the bug.
Neither !rank, gameme or kill and death points are displaying.

Description of the bug.
1) When typing !rank, and or gameme into the chat window your game stats for the day, round and global position does not appear.

2) Also, when you kill or are killed the points won and lost no longer appear on the screen.

What should be happening instead?
1) Typing !rank, and or gameme into the chat window should immediately bring up a players own game stats for the day.

2) Kill points won and lost should pop up on the screen automatically after each kill or death.

Describe how to replicate the bug.
1) Type !rank or gameme into the chat window.

2) Kill or be killed to see if kill points appear.

Extra info? The kill points or recognition of the kill does not appear on screen even though the kill and damage report does still appear in console.

Since database is down, can't search people to view their rank, stats, steam ID, etc. Limited to status command
