No respawn + No autobhop (Could be intentional for the course not sure)

Description of the bug.
The map doesn't allow for respawning at all. Autohop is also not working/not enabled on the map.

What should be happening instead?
Respawning or teleporting back to beginning. Bhopping just by holding space.

Describe how to replicate the bug.
Select the map on the server. Happens every time it is selected.
