Ghost Fall Damage

Description of the bug.
When in ghost mode, if you land from a high fall you will get respawned for [Ghost] You were respawned for touching a worldspawn. When you do get respawned, you get respawned at / near where you landed, so it isn't a major issue, though it can be annoying.

What should be happening instead?
Ghosts should not be respawned regardless of fall heights.

Describe how to replicate the bug.
Go into ghost mode (/ghost) and then fall from a tall height.

Then falling out of the map on maps like kwejsi or glow would just make you stuck.
I know you can !unghost and !ghost again, but I'm not sure I understand why it shouldn't respawn?
