frame loss when pd helicopter is pulled out and nearby

Description of the bug.
when the pd helicopter is out and nearby me i lose approx 20frames at the high end and get serve dsync

What should be happening instead?
no frame loss or dysnc

Describe how to replicate the bug.
drive a police car and pull out the police helicopter

Extra info? i dont have to much issue with frame loss and dysnc to often where it is not that noticeble nor an issue but when the helicopter is out it is extreme pretty much constant

Probably doesn’t help it was at night and raining on top of that for most of the pursuit Lol
