Counter-Strike: Global Offensive CSGO Easy BHOP server being attacked by server lagger

Hello the server under this ip (74.91.124.34:27015) keeps getting attacked the last 2 weeks by users. They do it when the map changes to a map they don't want to play, so they lag the server with a hack that has an exploit inside of it to spam messages to the server and make it stutter. These exploits have already been patched and should be installed on the server to prevent them from happening.
