hey guys i what to buy a new video card but i dont kno very much of pc :o
witch card should i buy ? and money is no problem

well it depends on your price range stoned, and do you know what your motherboard is, and if it is and SLI chipset?
 
XFX 9600gt XXX edition, 180$, PCIe pwns all for the price/performance ratio
 
Id say wait a little bit and get the ati Radeon 4870. Its gonna be a killer card. the 4850 is already beating the 9800 gtx in most games so the 4870 can only be better! plus price vs the gtx 280 cuz i think the 4870s are only $450 as where the gtx 280s are like $650. If your motherboard supports crossfireX id get two 4870s. But no matter what card you end up getting it will be a great improvement from your x1950.
 
yeah personally if you are looking for an inexpensive card right now while you are at it, go with the ATI Radeon HD 4850. GREAT card for the price

like i said money is no problem ! how can i see if my pc hav sli chipset and what motherboard ? i realy dont kno much of pc i love to work with it but dont ask me whats that or this becouse i dont kno it :D and i think i wait till the 4870 comes out
 
It is not possible to tri SLI an 8600 card. The only cards that support tri SLI are the 8800 GTS (320/640), 8800 GTX, 9800 GTX, 9800 GTX X2, GTX 260, and the GTX 280.

EDIT: Whoops forgot about the 8800 Ultra.

by the way what is the resolution, size, contast ratio and refresh rate of your monitor for your old monitor could be upgraded with the video card to give a much better picture since price is not a problem.
