Motion Blur/Screen Tearing Feeling

So today I switched from a 144hz acer monitor to a 165hz LG montior and when I play cs it feels like theres motion blur even with the motion blur setting disabled. I havent touched any of my ingame settings so its concerning as to why its happening

I am no pro but you should try enabling vertical sync
