Counter-Strike: Source The 1 server improvement needed desperately

I've thought a long time about what could improve the Counter-Strike: Source =(eGO)= 24/7 Dust2 server. It's a great server with a great community, and I'd like to see it thrive.

The conclusion I've reached is one that would not even affect anyone except those using no smoke exploits. The server needs a plugin that would only allow players with dxlevel of 90 or greater (DirectX 9.0 or greater) to join.

This would solve a major issue on the server and not impact anyone except those doing wrong. I'd love to hear what everyone else's opinion is, please let me know.

I feel like one of the anti-cheat plugins had this built into it... but I can't remember which one.
 
I second this, there are too many with smoke exploit on the server
 
I third this motion. Nothing but good things will come out if we did this. This will also stop people telling admins that this guy has no smoke even though we can't proof it (at least on my end).

There are many exploiters who keep doing this and we need this or just disable smoke grande purchase.
