I have always been an ATI fan, even through the days Nvidia fanboys got their 6800/7800/8800 fix and ATI was stuck in mid-range systems. Even today that seems to be the case, except for the fact that the hnew 4870's are unmatched except by the most powerful Nvidia offering, and even then its more than twice as expensive. 2 4870's at close (but still less) price point are far out-performing Nvidia's flagship. This makes me happy like i havent been since the 9800XT was king.
Im sure a few at Nvidia is wondering "wow, how the hell did this happen?".
But nevertheless, ATI and NVIDIA have always been at each others throats for the king of the performance video card market. ATI has the mid-range market destroyed, and now they are moving towards the high-end segment. To this i can only say 1 thing.
In the most professional, concise, and mature way possible.
