New houses are started at the digressions of the Council, Community Managers. They are the ones who choose the new leaders. The candidates that take charge of the houses are people that have proven leadership abilities. We have a rotating House Leader program that tests the abilities of a person to lead to a certain capacity. Only people at the eGO rank have the chance to become the leaders once they have shown their capacity. You, I am guessing are still an e member, just work your way through our system and have faith in what the clan leaders choose. We just started a new house about a month ago-The Hell Hounds, a new house might be started sometime down the road to accommodate the growth of the summer madness but that will not happen for a while. Glad to see people showing interest but it will not be happening any time soon.
