Completed Thoughts on adding jb_laboratory to the jailbreak map pool?!!!

Hey guys! So we've tested jb_laboratory on the server a few times and all the bugs and games are now fixed! I am posting this suggestion to see what you guys think of it and if you want it added to the map pool on jailbreak.
